With the restrictions easing up, why not get a group of your closest together in the comfort of your home for a night of cocktail shaking with this live online course, you will learn the fundamentals of cocktail making with native handcrafted ingredients.
All you have to do is collect your bespoke pack from the Yerrabingin rooftop farm. To be set for the online zoom class hosted by Chris Thomas of Tippled.
Classes run every Saturday.
The packs are designed for groups of 4 people with the class covering 4 cocktails per person. With a total of 16 drinks provided, they are also suited for parties of 2 or the solo enthusiast. Use your skills learned and extra ingredients to keep the party going every night.
The class will be live-streamed via Zoom from Yerrabingin roof garden, with step by step instructions from your teacher on how to make the cocktails. It’s the perfect way to spend an evening in these restricted times, especially if you’ve spent all these weeks without professionally curated cocktails whilst looking for fun indoor activities for adults.

- (Illawarra plum (Podocarpus Elatus) infused gin
- Lemon juice
- Rainforest plum (Davidsonia Pruriens), anise myrtle (S.Anisatum) & rhubarb,

Menthe margarita
- Geraldton wax (Chamelaucium Uncinatum) infused tequila
- Lime juice
- Riberry (Syzygium Luehmannii & river mint (Menthe Australis) syrup
- Prostanthera & salt rim

- Cacao infused vodka
- Acacia seed (A.Podalyriifolia), cacao & rooftop honey
- Espresso
- Cacao honey & cricket garnish
If you don’t have any cocktail equipment, a cocktail mixing kit is also available as an add on.
Included in this cocktail mixing kit is as follows:
- Shaker
- Jigger
- Hawthorn strainer
- Fine strainer
This class is only available for students in Sydney as the ingredients in the craft kit must be refrigerated. The packs will be available for pick up from Yerrabingin on request, uber delivery is an option for the additional cost of the ride.
Ice, glassware, and straws not included.
